2. Nature of Services (Disclaimer) Please read carefully: All services provided by Jupiter Guidance (including Tarot readings, Psychic consultations, Holistic rituals, and Radiesthesia) are for entertainment, spiritual guidance, and personal development purposes only.

• Not a Substitute: Our services do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments.

• Outcome: We cannot guarantee specific results. Energy work and spiritual guidance are subjective experiences. You are responsible for your own life decisions and actions.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Scheduling: All appointments are scheduled via our automated booking system (Amelia). The time slots displayed are automatically converted to your local time zone.

• Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. We accept payments via PayPal. All prices are in USD.

• Platform: Virtual sessions are conducted via Google Meet. You will receive a unique link automatically upon confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We value your time and ours. Our policy is as follows:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend the Zoom call (No-Show), are non-refundable.

• Lateness: If you are late to the Google Meet session, that time will be deducted from your total session duration.

5. Code of Conduct We maintain a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately (without refund) if the client exhibits abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
